FAQ
Are all your products brand new?
Yes. All products are new and unused. Any grading differences relate only to the finish or appearance, never to functionality.
What do your product quality grades mean?
To help you choose confidently, all our homeware is graded by appearance and finish quality — not usability. Every item is fully functional.
A-Grade – Premium Quality: Perfect or near-perfect finish, no visible defects. Ideal for gifts, display, or when you want the best look.
B-Grade – Great Value: Minor cosmetic imperfections like small marks, light scratches, or uneven glaze. Great quality at a lower price.
C-Grade – Budget Finds / Seconds: Fully usable with visible imperfections such as chips, color variations, or irregular shapes. Ideal for everyday use, crafts, or creative styling.
Do imperfections affect how the item works?
No. Even B-Grade and C-Grade items are 100% functional. Grading only reflects visual or cosmetic variations.
Can I use these items for food and everyday use?
Yes — unless stated otherwise, all tableware, plates, bowls, jars, and containers are safe for everyday use and food storage.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition. Grade-related imperfections (A/B/C Grade) are not considered defects, so please check the grading before purchasing.
Do you restock items frequently?
Yes. Our inventory updates often, and popular items may return quickly. If something is out of stock, feel free to check back or contact us to confirm upcoming restocks.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
As a factory outlet, we sell products at direct-from-factory prices, giving you the best value. Bulk purchases are also available — contact us for a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options, including credit/debit cards on our online payment gateway. All transactions are safe and encrypted for your protection.
